Orchard Road is the shopping belt in Singapore. Mostly big brands and "atas" looking shops. The newest mega shopping malls are Ion Orchard, Somerset 313 and Orchard Central. I was at Orchard Central where I sketched this from the 5th floor inside an unoccupied shop that has drop down windows overlooking Orchard Road & Peranakan Place - where some of the oldest Peranakan houses still reside.
